- All transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended to within 1-2 working days.
- Kindly ensure that the correct product, size, colour and address have been entered prior to checking out. Furdazzles is unable to neither amend any orders nor consolidate orders, which were separately made once they have been confirmed.
- All customers who have an account with us will automatically be added to Furdazzles’s mailing list.
PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

Furdazzles is unable to neither amend any orders nor consolidate orders, which were separately made once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
- Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in lost or delayed mailed.
- If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will not be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
- Furdazzles will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should customer opt for normal/ regular postage.
- Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification. Kindly ensure all required information are submitted during the payment process to avoid any delays in mailing out your orders.
- Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Backorders are opened for sold out items
- Arrival time for different items differ and are usually stated under the individual items.
- If backorder has closed but item(s) are still available, it means there are extras and you can proceed to cart out.
- There may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances such a delayed shipment, lack of fabric, insufficient stocks arrived etc. For delayed backorders, cancellations of orders are not applicable. For delayed/ cancelled backorders, a store credit will be issued accordingly. There will strictly not be any cash refunds.
- Orders are shipped out according by order numbers, no combination of orders are allowed.
- No emails will be sent for backorder updates unless otherwise stated. Kindly refer to the backorder updates frm the web.
- All sale item purchased are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
- Sale items cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, offers or coupons.
STORE CREDITS / VOUCHERS / DISCOUNT CODES POLICY
- All discount codes and voucher codes are to be entered upon check out. To ensure that it has been utilized, please double check the final amount is correct before proceeding to the payment page.
- Vouchers cannot be used on sale items.
- Vouchers may only be used one at a time and cannot be combined.
- Vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferable.
- The unused balance from the vouchers cannot be refunded.
- All contests organised are open to USA customers only, unless stated.
